Jess Liemantara affectionately known as Jess Lemon, rose to fame on Channel Ten’s
MasterChef, where she wowed the nation as the Queen of Tarts.

Now, she’s baking up a storm at her La Trobe Street patisserie, Esme where her decadently divine cakes and tarts are designed and delivered with style in high quality Australian-Made

“We spend hours designing our cakes and tarts, that’s why it’s so important that the
packaging we choose is able to hold the structure and integrity of every piece we create.” Said Ms Liemantara.

The cake industry has very specific needs when it comes to packaging. A cake can come in
